Ammini Kozhukattai Payasa is a pudding where steamed rice balls are dunked into a sweet coconut poppy seeds preparation. This is prepared as an offering to Lord Ganesha during Ganesha Chaturthi festival.

Ingredients:
1 Bowl Gasagase Payasa
For the balls:
1 Cup Rice Flour
1½ Cup Water
1tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
For the balls:
Heat water and add Salt and Oil. When the water comes to a boil add the Rice flour and mix well to form a thick dough. Remove from heat and remove to a plate. Using little oil knead the dough well.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Steam the balls for 5 to 8 minutes.
For the payasa:
Remove and add them into the Gasagase payasa and boil for a two minutes.
Serve hot Ammini Kozhukattai Payasa.
