Yellina Chigali is prepared using raw Black Sesame seeds on Nagara Chauthi festival. The Sesame seeds are roasted before grinding to a powder during Nagara Panchami.

Time Required: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
½ Cup Black or White Sesame Seeds
½ Cup Jaggery
Method:
Roast the Sesame seeds.
Grind the Sesame seeds to a powder and grate the Jaggery.
Mix the powder together.
Divide and roll into small balls. Arrange them in a plate and leave it aside for an hour.
Store them in an airtight container.
