Herbal Tea is healthy tea!
Required Time : 5 mts + Chilling Time
Serves : 2
Ingredients:
A small piece of Ginger
2 pieces Dalchini / Cinnamon
7 – 8 leaves Tulsi (Basil)
2 tsp Tea Leaves
2 Cups Water
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Method:
Add Ginger, Dalchini, Tulsi to the Water and boil for sometime.
Remove from heat and add the Tea Leaves.
After a minute or two strain into a tea cup and add the Lemon juice and serve hot or chill for an hour and serve chilled.
