Indian Blackberry juice.
Time Required: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
10 Jamun / Nerale Hannu / Indian Blackberry
2 Glasses of water
½ Cup sugar
A pinch of Salt
4 – 5 tsp Lemon Juice
Method:
Boil Jamun in 1 glass of water.
Squeeze the fruit and remove the pulp. Sieve. Add Sugar, Lemon juice, and Salt and mix well. Add another glass of water. Chill for an hour.
Pour into glasses and serve.
