Summer fruit Rambutan is available once a year during July – August. You can just enjoy the fruit or can make this tasty Mojito.
Time required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
10 Rambutans
Few sprigs of Mint
Soda
A pinch of Salt
2 to 3 spoons of Sugar (Optional)
Method:
Remove the Rambutan flesh and blend along with all the ingredients except for Soda.
Sieve.
Add this to 1/4 of serving glasses. Pour Soda. Add ice and garnish with Mint and serve.
