Methi Paratha is a type of Indian bread prepared with Fenugreek leaves. This paratha is very good to pack while traveling. It stays fresh for 2 to 3 days and as it contains spices, you just need some Yogurt to go with it.

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
5 Cups Wheat Flour
2 Cups Fenugreek Leaves
½ Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Cup Curds/Yoghurt
1tbsp Green Chili Paste or Red Chili powder
1tsp Turmeric Powder
1tbsp Roasted Jeera/Cumin Powder
Oil or Butter for roasting
Salt to taste
Method:
Chop Fenugreek and Coriander leaves finely. Add all the ingredients except for Oil to a mixing bowl.
Using water, mix all the ingredients together to a dough.
Divide into balls.
On a floured surface roll into discs.
Put it on a hot Tava / Pan and add a spoon of butter on the top and smear all over.
Turn the paratha and apply a spoon of butter all over.
Flip and cook for few seconds.
Remove to a serving dish.
Serve hot with salad, raitha / curds and pickle.
