Pudina or Mint is considered to introduce coolness in any dish that it is tossed into. Now, that the summer is here, Pudina Raitha offers the welcome respite from heat.

Ingredients:
Few sprigs Mint, Chopped finely
1 or 2 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
1tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
2 tbsp Sugar
1 Big bowl of Yoghurt
Salt to taste
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a bowl.
Mix together and serve with your choice of Indian Bread.
