1tsp Sugar
½ Cup Mayonnaise
1tsp Dry Mustard Powder

Method:
In a small mixing bowl, mix Sugar, Salt, Olive Oil, Mayonnaise, Mustard Powder and Pepper Powder. In a bigger mixing bowl, add Cabbage, Onion and Carrot.
Add the Mayonnaise dressing to the vegetables and mix well.
Chill for an hour before serving.
Serve with Sandwiches, French Fries, or Potato Chips.
Coleslaw is so quick and easy. There are so many variations To cut calories you can use light mayonnaise. As long as you use a good quality you will taste no difference.
