Lachha Salad is a salad prepared using thinly sliced vegetables. It is usually prepared with only Onions, but I have used other vegetables like Cabbage and Capsicum. This salad is usually served with Punjabi dishes in Dhabas.

Time required: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Onion, Sliced
1/2 Cup Sliced Capsicum
1 Small Capsicum, Sliced
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tsp Roasted Jeera (Cumin) Powder
Black Salt for taste
1 or 2 Green Chilies, Slit
1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
Few sprigs Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Remove to a serving dish and serve with your choice of Indian Bread and Side dish.
