Watermelon salad is a refreshing addition to the meal during Summer days. Enjoy this along with a toasted healthy bread!
Ingredients:
1 Bowl of Watermelon, diced
1/2 Green Capsicum, sliced
1 Big Onion, sliced
1 Cucumber, remove the seeds and slice
Lettuce mix
1/2 Cup crumbled Feta Cheese
Few sprigs of Basil and Mint
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tbsp Honey
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
In a big mixing bowl, toss all the ingredients and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
