Mavinakayi Hasi Gojju is prepared using Raw Mango. Except for the cooked Mango, the rest of the ingredients used is raw.

Ingredients:
1 Raw Mango, cooked until soft
2 tbsp Jaggery, Grated
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 or 3 Curd Chilies / Balaka, Deep Fried
Few Curry leaves
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
A pinch of Hing
Salt to taste
Method:
Peel the Mango and mash the pulp in a mixing bowl. Add Jaggery, Chili Powder, and Salt. Mix well.
Heat Oil, add Mustard Seeds, when they splutter add Turmeric Powder, Hing, and Curry leaves.
Add this to the mashed Mango and mix well. Add the Balaka and mix.
Serve with plain Rice.
