Time Required: 20 Minutes + Marinating time
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 Cups Paneer / Cottage Cheese cut into 1” X 1” pieces
2 Capsicums, Cut into large pieces
2 Onions, Cut into large pieces
10 Mushrooms (Optional)
For the marinade:
1 Cup Curd / Yogurt
2tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
2tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade well. Take the prepared pieces of paneer and vegetables and mix well with marinade. Keep aside for about two hours.
Remove the pieces from the marinade and skewer them. Grill on charcoal or in an oven. Cook till done and serve hot with salad.
