Holi is on the 14th and the festival is all about colors, chat, and cool drinks. Here is a unique hummus papdi chaat recipe using Hummus.
Ingredients:
1 cup Pumpkin Hummus or plain Hummus
Coriander leaves, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
20 Papdi
Lemon juice
Pomegranate for garnishing
Method:
Arrange the Papdis on a serving dish. Spread Green Chutney over each of the Papdi.
Add a spoonful of Hummus on each of the Papdi.
Sprinkle Onion on top. Drizzle Tamarind Chutney. Sprinkle Lemon Juice, Cumin powder, Chaat Masala and Black Salt.
Garnish with sev, pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves.
Serve hummus papdi chaat recipe immediately.
