Mexican Bhel Puri Recipe is twist to our desi Bhel Puri. Serve with a tall glass of Lemonade.

Ingredients:
1 Big Bowl of Puffed Rice
Few Nachos, Crushed
Juice of 1 Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1/4 Cup Boiled Kidney Beans
1/4 Cup Boiled Corn
1/4 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum
1 Boiled, Peeled, and Diced Potato
1 Cup Sev
1 Onion, Chopped finely
2 tsp Green Chutney
2 tbsp Sweet Chutney
1 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
Salt to taste
Method:
Take all the vegetables and chutneys in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add Salt, Chat Masala, and Chili Flakes and mix well.
Add Puffed Rice and Nachos and toss gently. Remove to a serving dish and garnish with Sev and Coriander leaves and serve immediately.
