Papdi chaat is a spicy, tangy popular evening snack. A layer of curd / yogurt covers the crisp flat fried bread with a layer of potatoes and spices.

Ingredients:
20 Papdi/Crisp flat puris
2 medium Potatoes, Boiled, Peeled and thinly sliced
1 Onion, Chopped
2-3 tbsp Sweet Tamarind Chutney
2tbsp Green Chutney
1tsp Lemon Juice (Optional)
1tsp Roasted Jeera/Cumin Powder
Chaat Garam Masala
½ Kala Namak/Black Salt
¼ Cup Curds/Yogurt, whisked with 2tsp Sugar and Salt
1 Cup Nylon Sev
2 tbsp Pomegranate pearls (Optional)
2tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped
Method:
Arrange the Papdis on a serving dish. Spread Potatoes over them.

Sprinkle Onion on top. Drizzle Tamarind Chutney and Green Chutney on each papdi. Sprinkle Lemon Juice, Cumin powder, Chaat Masala and Black Salt. Pour Curds over it.
Garnish with sev, pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves and serve Papdi chaat immediately.
