Happy Environment day! The right day to prepare something green like Hara bhara kabab. This kabab is a very tasty starter. As the fritters are green in color it is known as Hara Bhara Kabab.
Time Required: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Mashed Alu
1 Cup Boiled peas, mashed
½ Cup Spinach, blanched and pureed
6 Green chilies, Chopped finely
1tsp Chaat Masala
½ “Ginger, Grated
Corn flour for binding
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together. Divide into balls and flatten lightly.
Deep fry the kababs until done.
Serve with chutney, sauce and salad.
this is my favo..I usually order this when we eat out..have to try it sometime..looks yumm..

Have you tried shallow frying for this? Since the potato and the peas are already boiled.
Beena, you can shallow fry these or you can bake them. The above type of cooking is a healthy option to deep frying.
This looks delicious, crispy and crunchy.
