This is a spicy snack prepared with beaten rice.
Time Required: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Thick Poha / Beaten Rice
2tbsp Groundnuts
1 – 2 tsp Pepper Powder
¼ Cup sliced Dry Coconut
1tsp Fried Gram (Optional)
Few Curry Leaves
1tsp Sesame Seeds
½ tsp Sugar
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat Oil and deep fry Poha and remove on a kitchen towel. Fry Groundnuts, Fried Gram, Curry Leaves, Coconut and remove on a kitchen towel. Roast Sesame Seeds. Mix all the ingredients together and store in airtight containers. Serve with hot tea.
